BMS Protection Module HX-6S-12A for Li-Ion Battery (6S, 22.2 V, 12 A)

The HX‑6S‑12A module is designed for 6-cell Li‑Ion packs (e.g. 6×18650) with nominal voltage of 22.2 V (up to 25.5 V when fully charged). It offers protection against overvoltage (4.25 V ±0.05 V), undervoltage (2.50 V ±0.08 V), overcurrent, and short circuit. The module supports a continuous discharge current of 12 A and can handle brief peaks up to 25 A. It includes a built-in fuse, current sampling resistor, and robust components rated for −40 °C to +85 °C. Auto-reset functionality restores protection after safe conditions return. With a compact size of approximately 53 × 35.5 × 3.5 mm, it’s ideal for solar lighting, power banks, e-bikes, and custom DIY projects.
