This smart BMS module is designed for Li‑Ion, LiFePO4 and LTO battery packs from 8 up to 24 cells in series (up to 100 V). Features continuous current rating of 150 A and peak current up to 300 A. Active balancing at 2 A optimizes battery performance and lifespan. It provides comprehensive protection including overcharge, under‑voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and high temperature. Integrated Bluetooth, RS485, and CAN‑bus allow real‑time monitoring of voltages, currents, cell status, and temperature via a dedicated mobile app. The module is powered directly from the battery pack and draws minimal standby current (~6–10 mA). Housed in a robust aluminum enclosure, the BMS withstands temperatures from −20 to +70 °C. Its dimensions (162×102×20 mm) and weight (~210 g) make it ideal for solar storage systems, residential energy banks, EVs and industrial applications.
